Importing Trades

Tradovate CSV: from Tradovate, go to Reports → Orders (not Performance) → set your date range → Download CSV. In the journal, click Import Trades from Tradovate and select the file. Partial fills are automatically merged into single trades, and P&L parsed for you.

Import from Anywhere: paste rows copied from any spreadsheet, TradingView's Strategy Tester List of Trades, or another broker's export. Map the columns (Date, Entry, Exit, P&L, Direction) and the importer auto-guesses most of them.

Both importers remember what's already been brought in by date, entry, exit, and P&L, so re-uploading the same file never creates duplicates.

Prop Firm Rules

Link a trading account to one of the built-in prop firms (Lucid Trading, Tradeify, Apex Trader Funding, TakeProfitTrader, Topstep, Top One Futures, or FundedNext) and the journal computes your real progress against that firm's rules — consistency requirement, drawdown floor, days to payout — straight from your logged trades.

Your First Trade

Open Manual Trade Input, pick the account, date, symbol, direction, and setup, then fill in entry/stop/target/exit and P&L. Tag the session, the emotion you traded with, and whether you followed your own rules — this is what feeds the Coach and the Stats breakdowns later.

Add a screenshot if you want a visual record, and jot notes on what you saw — future-you will thank present-you.

Dashboard

The free tier ships with a fixed 4-widget dashboard. Paid accounts can add, remove, and drag-reorder widgets to build the view that matches how you actually think about your trading.

Set weekly and monthly profit goals in Settings and track progress against them right on the dashboard.

Stats

Beyond win rate, net P&L, and R:R, paid accounts get full breakdowns by setup, session, symbol, emotion, and hour of entry — so you can see, for example, that your London-session breakouts win at 70% while your late-day revenge trades lose money almost every time.

The Coach

The Coach isn't an AI black box — it's a local pattern-finder that looks for statistically meaningful groupings in your own trades (a setup, session, or emotion with at least a couple of occurrences) and surfaces the ones that are actually costing or making you money, with the math shown plainly.

Leaderboard

Opt in from Settings to appear on the community leaderboard, ranked by P&L — All Time, This Month, or This Week. It's off by default; your name and P&L only become visible to others once you turn it on.

Only broker-synced trades count toward your rank. Manually logged trades, pasted imports, and demo data are excluded, so rankings reflect real, verified trading activity.

Goals

Set a weekly and/or monthly profit target in Settings. Leave either blank to hide it. Progress shows live on your Dashboard as your logged trades accumulate.

Data Export

Export a full JSON backup anytime — useful as a safety net or to move data around. Your subscription also includes CSV export for Excel/Sheets, and a shareable PNG stat card summarizing win rate, R:R, and profit factor for any account.

Pricing & Your Free Trial

There's one plan, and it includes everything — Tradovate CSV import, paste-in import, Prop Firm Rules, the Coach, full dashboard customization, Goals, CSV export, shareable stat cards, unlimited accounts, and the leaderboard.

Every new account gets a free 7-day trial. A card is required to start the trial, but you're not charged until it ends. Choose $14.99/mo or $149.99/yr (discounted from $179.99/yr) when you sign up.

Cancel any time from Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancelling during the trial means you're never charged; cancelling later stops future renewals but you keep access through the period you already paid for.

Managing Your Account

Your trades sync to your account, not just one browser — log in from any device and everything is there. Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen.

Export a JSON backup regularly as an extra safety net, and you can delete all logged trades at any time from Settings if you want a clean slate.

Security & Privacy FAQ

Your trades are scoped to your account only — other users, including on the leaderboard, can never see your notes or raw trade data. The leaderboard only ever shows an aggregated name and P&L total for people who've explicitly opted in.

Nothing is sold to third parties, and there's no ad tracking baked into the product.

Supported Platforms FAQ

Tradovate CSV import is live today. Direct read-only account sync for Tradovate (OAuth) and Rithmic is in active development — no timeline promises yet, but it's coming.

In the meantime, the paste-in importer works with any broker or platform that lets you copy or export your trade history as a table.

Tradovate CSV Import Issues

Make sure you exported from the Orders tab in Reports, not Performance — Performance uses a different structure this importer can't read. Don't open or re-save the file in Excel first, since that can change the formatting the parser expects.

If everything looks right but nothing imports, double check the date range you exported actually contains the trades you're expecting.

TradingView Import Issues

TradingView doesn't export in the same format as Tradovate, so use Import Trades from Anywhere instead of the Tradovate importer. Copy the List of Trades table from the Strategy Tester panel and paste it in directly — it already includes entry/exit price, date/time, and a Profit column.

"All Trades Already Imported" Message

The importer remembers every trade it's already brought in by date, entry, exit, and P&L, so re-uploading the same date range won't create duplicates. If you expect new trades and don't see them, double check the date range you exported.
